While pursuing her degree, Karen began her entrepreneurial journey by coaching and consulting individuals in branding and sales. As a Senior Paralegal, Karen created organizational structure, drafted, and researched legal documents for diverse cases. Karen faced many challenges when tasked with increasing the firm’s revenue from $22,000 to $2,000,000 a month. She achieved this goal by focusing on design and developing a strategic plan. Continuing to improve systems, optimization, and scalability, the firm ultimately increased profitability to $22,000,000 per quarter.
This experience was the shift that led her to become the influential serial entrepreneur she is today, with more than 16 years of experience.

He is also the Managing Partner at BR4 Quaestum Capital, a private equity fund General Partner focused on Real Estate Investments with track record in Mexico across several states as a developer, builder and manager of real estate assets.
Throughout his carrier, he has been involved in numerous high-growth initiatives covering over 32 industries from construction companies to legal firms, marketing agencies to financial institutions such as FinTechs, etc. He brings extensive skills to clients such as strategic decision making, organizational and financial restructuring, M&A transactions, fractional CFO roles focused on accelerating growth which has aided numerous clients in their growth including listings on the Inc. 5000.
He has also played a key role in several capital raising initiatives by structuring and obtaining over one hundred forty million dollars in working capital throughout his carrier for ventures in several industries including real estate.
