Quickbooks Set Up

  • We study and evaluate your software and accounting needs.
  • Make suggestions for software and hardware requirements.
  • We will help you Install the software, design and set up chart of accounts and entire accounting package including: payroll, accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, etc.
  • Determination of your QuickBooks startup date.
  • Loading your business chart of account and balances as of that startup date.
  • Preparation of list of products/items/services that you sell to your customers. Including services, inventory parts, non-inventory parts, others charges, and sales taxes.
  • Entering your outstanding receivable and accounts payable details as of your starting date.
  • We will input your ending statement bank balances and outstanding checks and deposits in transit as of your startup date.
  • Printing a trial balance as of your startup date and comparing it to your trial balance from your old system.
