Position Overview:
At King of Kings Business & Tax Advisory, LLC, our bookkeepers are the backbone of our clientele’s financial health. As a member of our team, you’ll be entrusted with the responsibility of keeping accurate records of our clients’ transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Our expectation is that you will maintain our client’s general ledgers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the law. With your keen attention to detail and commitment to integrity, you’ll play a significant role in helping our clients succeed financially. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping for our clients, recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process
- Ensure that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger
- Reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month
- Monitor financial transactions and reports
- Process accounts receivable and payable
- Understand ledgers and financial statements
Qualifications:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software packages
