Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager (CPA) to join our growing tax advisory team. This individual will play a key role in preparing complex tax returns, guiding corporate clients through strategic planning, and providing technical insight to ensure compliance and minimize liabilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
  • Assist clients with tax planning and corporate strategy aligned with their financial goals.
  • Analyze and interpret tax law to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Support mid-sized businesses with quarterly and year-end tax planning and projections.
  • Liaise with clients to collect financial data and explain complex tax concepts in an approachable way.
  • Research emerging tax issues and assist in implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with junior team members and support their development through training and review.

Required Qualifications

  • CPA license
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in tax advisory or tax preparation, including work with corporate clients.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and Excel.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base, plus performance-based bonuses
